I loved this so much when it was fresh and now that it’s aged it doesn’t do a lot for me.

Aged well. I didn't expect the hoppiness after a four year cellaring. But it held up nicely.

Not a fan of bourbon in IPAs, but this still holds up well after four years on the shelf.

Dust off this is old bottle... aged a tad too long maybe. Lost a lot of the flavor but kept the boozy tang at the back of the tongue.

nose of bourbon barrel at get go than a bold hoppiness with bourbon and boozy sting to the mouth that kicks! And very tasty after aging for years.

Vintage 2017 Doom! Still tasting very good after a few years. The bourbon notes are strong and balanced! They can bring this beer back anytime. 🍻

Malty, strong, sweet. Can taste the bourbon barrel. Vanilla with a bitter edge. Definitely more of a strong ale than an IPA at this point. Still like it. Bottle date 4-25-17.

Very smooth at 12%. This taste somewhere between an IPA and a belgian quad to me.

From Kyle J. Familiar bourbon character on the nose and up front, but finishes with IPA hop floral notes; hint of vanilla. Strong, but mellow bourbon. Good for something different.

Cellared over 3 years. Nice barrel aged flavor... wish they’d make this again. Would be nice to have another fresh one
