And finally the last beer @shannongunz & I had on January’s episode of A Few Good Brüs was the epic Fudge dream! This is totes my Dad’s fav beer and one of mine as well. Gotta love Founders! Liquid fudge putting an end to a fun episode.

Chocolate fudge brownie taste. Aromas of coffee and chocolate. Nice tan head on the pour.

Wow. Chocolate fudge and coffee with a hint of maple syrup. Smells like fudge and booze. It’s strong, with a bourbon undertone. Nice.

More coffee than expected though the chocolate is certainly there. The bourbon barrel aging only shows up late. The maple is nice to bind the chocolate fudge and vanilla bourbon together. A novelty beer for sure but it works!
