Stout - Imperial / Double Coffee

Michigan didn't invent old-fashioned fudge, but it was perfected here. We pay tribute to this time-honored tradition with KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge. By amplifying the rich chocolate notes of KBS using Mackinac Fudge coffee, then adding maple syrup and aging it in oak bourbon barrels, we've created a bold new take on our barrel-aged classic - one that could only have originated in Michigan.

4.5/5. My favorite of the KBS series. Nice chocolate flavors, and I love maple just when I see maple I really want alot of maple. cut the coffee back a smidge and those 2 small adjustment would push it to a 4.75 for me. It's outstanding either way

Fudge on the nose and upfront on the taste. Maple is next with a coffee finish. Tastes great, the only thing is that I’m not getting any bourbon barrel.

The coffee is so intense I could smell it from a couple feet away. Hides ABV incredibly well. Do rich and intense. There’s raisin, dark chocolate, coffee, fudge, chocolate cake, maple syrup, bourbon and a little wood.
