Huge chocolate and coffee nose. Holy shit this is fantastic. Big fudge and coffee up front with mild and lingering maple finish. Barrel presence hides behind such a great flavor profile.

The nose is all roasted coffee foremost. The palate is dominated with thick dark fudge while the coffee and maple are perfectly balanced and help accent those cocoa notes.

Full sampler split with the wife. Maple is very expressive compared to other variants, heavy on the chocolate taste and finish. Very well done. Bourbon is muted if present at all.
