I get the chocolate fudginess, but no barrel, no maple, mostly burnt malt. It is ok at best. Maybe if it warms up a bit but I don’t know what will cut the burnt flavor.

For those of you that don't know and don't care, I grew up eating Mack Island Fudge. As soon as this hit my lips, I was rocked with nostalgia of my childhood. Little did I know that 20 years later, I'd be drinking my Mack Island Fudge instead of eating it

Holy cow! The nose is amazing on this! Nose is 5/5! Surprisingly the taste is mostly coffee! I would have liked the fudge to be the star of the show!

AMAZING! Founder's is one of my favorite breweries and this is amazing. Thanks to Angie K. For bringing this from Michigan. Coffee, fudge,maple, and aged in Bourbon barrels. My kind of brew. 👍❤

Chocolaty, coffee forward, minimal maple... but it's there for sure. For a widely available stout, I'm all about it. However, if you go back to some of my earliest ratings, I'm sure I would have rated this beer much higher. (The bar continues to rise)

Might be my new favorite variation behind CBS. This one is deliciously fudgy with a hint of coffee and no boozey after taste. Very dangerous for a bourbon barrel aged beer.

Have to give it a 5 when its smells as good as any stout I've ever smelled. Straight fudge

Waited until room temp. No regrets. The aromas are something on their own. Make a candle please. The beer itself: smooth as Austin Powers seducing attractive British women. So balanced. Few more of these and i'm ready to fight some sharks with lasers.

I’ll join you Will C., this doesn’t disappoint! Thanks for the recommendation J S. this is tasty! Chocolate forward, coffee follows, maple is subtle. This will be a treat with some age, or at least I hope so.
