Rich & super-sweet - almost cloying - but it’s good...In a glass, and served over vanilla ice cream!

I’m taking half a point off because the bourbon barrel doesn’t need to be there in my opinion. This is a damn fine dessert beer though.

The nose was super inviting and reminded me of chocolate milk and cookies with a splash of bourbon. Crazy chocolate notes throughout with a long finish. I wish the bourbon was bigger. Maple syrup added a good sweetness. Solid 4.5 better than the base beer

A slow sipping dessert beer for sure. Fudge pushes the boundaries of chocolate stout.

I’d love to try this next to the Espresso, but after drinking the BCBS variants, it could get a little messy! Well done Founders!

Coffee and chocolate on the nose. Full of flavor. Sweet from the maple but not over the top. Wish it was more thick and chewy but that is nickpicking. Hint of smoke. Chocolate fudge taste is right on spot.

smells strong, tastes strong, is strong. Nice maple and fudge flavor to mellow it out a bit but this is a slow sipper regardless

Has a big chocolaty fudge backbone with a boozy kick. Really full bodied. A worthy member of the KBS family.

The fudge is very prevalent. It look several sips to get the syrup. Delicious dessert beer.

Vind hem overgewaardeerd. Gisteren vergeten in te checken. Zo snel was ik deze al vergeten. Waar is de maple? Waar is de fudge? Niet zoet en dik genoeg. Jammer. Zo veel van verwacht.

Last night. Fantastic. Heavy fudge balances the coffee. Not overly roasty or sweet. Not really boozy to me.

Eigenlijk verrassend lekker! Enorm smaakvol, alleen jammer dat Founders de body niet wat dikker krijgt. Desondanks een aangenaam biertje.

Fudge packed stout, hints of maple and coffee. Damn smooth for a 11 percenter. Happy Sunday!!!!
