Ugh. Hubs made me try it. Not for me. But then again, I'm a sweet moscato kinda girl.

First time having Old Ale and dang...it's a kick in the flavor bumps. It makes me think of dessert sherry...very sweet and kind of raisiny.

Best before Aug -19 but I'm pretty sure this one was better than the other one that I had after the purchase. Pretty awsome strong old ale but almost to sweet.

More of a beer for a cold winter but still good and deceptively strong (12.7% abv)

Real strong, real syrupy, wouldn’t do more than a 2oz pour.

Unique. Like nothing I’ve had before. Unexpected impressive.

Surprisingly sweet, strong ale flavors but with a kick of honey and maple

My last bottle. Hope they release it again. One of my favorites.

I was going to give this a 4.75 before realizing I checked it in twice before with the same 4.75. Glad my grading (or Founders) is consistent.

Sweet maple and molasses throughout, and it hides the alcohol almost completely. Interesting composition

Three year old bottle - better than the one I tried fresh for sure. A bit more smooth and blended but still overly sweet from the molasses.
