(Bomber) 6yr o. Flavours have mellowed, yet so has the bourbon. Notes of cloyingly sweet caramel and malt. Notes of bitter vanilla and wood character. Falling off, yet still good.

Holds up pretty well, but you can’t beat this stuff when it’s just a few months after bottling.

Pulling out an old one tonight. Still a bit boozy. Lots of roasted coffee throughout. A bit of vanilla maple at the end

[Mon]. Another from our cellar. Had a '17 a few years ago and put a 3.75.. upping a bit. Did hold up well for 7 years🍻

Kanske något spritig numera. Lönnsirapen saknades. Fortfarande jätte, jättebra. Åldrats med absolut värdighet.

Beer 2500!! Unfortunately I don’t think this has held up. Heavy maple, minimal barrel, next to no coffee C’est la vie

Aged pretty well, some of the coffee has faded, still some barrel and some maple lingering. Liked it better when it was fresh.
