Made a great choice to celebrate my THOUSANDTH CHECK-IN with this 2017. CBS aged so well with a more robust chocolate tone.

Still boozy after all these years. Dark boozy roasty nose. Lots of roast on the on the tongue with a boozy burn and the hint of maple among the generic sweetness. Not fallen at all. This may have, instead, risen over the last four years. It seems to me.

Den har utvecklats bra över Ären. Sötman Àr dÀr men inte alls sÄ övervÀldigande som fÀrsk. Fortfarande mycket kaffe, men ocksÄ en hÀrlig krÀmighet som tilltalar. Balanserad och mycket god.

After about 3 1/2 years cellared in NY and NC, the flavors have changed very little. Still lots of maple, oak, coffee, chocolate and bourbon!

Aroma de alta intensidade remetendo a calda de chocolate e leve maple. Escura e densa com espuma marrom. Sabor com torrefação, melaço, leve maple e final amargo com notas de espresso. Corpo altĂssimo e carbonatação media a baixa. Poderia ser menos doce
