Time has been a bit rough. Feeling a little thin, maybe some oxidization, and definitely down some chocolate and maple.

Long day, long week. Had to pop this one tonight. Coffee and dark chocolate with some hints of maple. Lost a bit of maple with the aging it seems. Still - outstanding. Cheers!

Absolutely love this and always will. Maple has faded slightly over the years, but I definitely needed this after a long weekend working

Two years ago was the last time I walked down to my local beer bar thanks to Covid. So I saunter in tonight thinking, nah, they wont have anything special on tap. Motherfuckers have the last kegs of 2017 CBS on pour. God damn I love this place.

I dont comment too much on the beer i drink. This one did not disappoint on this cool morning while burning all the branches that fell from the winds we had yesterday. I think its better than it was from 2017

Holding up a bit better than the KBS, but still a shadow of its former self. Nice to revisit, and hold fond memories of this beer from its prime. Too bad the owners turned out to be racist pricks. 3 bottles left in the stash from initial 2-4.
