As others have recently said, past it’s prime. Not much more than a hint of maple, still plenty of chocolate and some coffee. Super smooth and creamy. #purgethecellar

From Friday night...or technically Saturday morning. This mellowed out a lot and is super smooth now. Unfortunately some of the flavors have fallen off quite a bit as well. Not bad, but I definitely prefer this beer fresher. Too bad they've retired it.

Chocolate on the nose. Little barrel but smooth and surprisingly good for 6 years old. Thank you gary p.

Super smooth, no soy, booze is gone. Nice chocolate and mild maple notes.

Stocked in my cellar. Black color. Raisin, tobacco, coffee, wood like aroma and flavor with maple, chocolate like taste. Strong bitterness and sweetness. Mild carbonation, full body. Maple, bourbon like aftertastes. Really tasty.

Long time in storage. Lost some gas but much less boosy than before. Smooth and lovely though

Big coffee notes with some dark roast smokiness and light roast brightness undertones. Maple syrup and subtle chocolate sweetness create a nice balance. Slight berry tartness on the finish. Pretty good. Aging might have brought out a lot more coffee.

Sweet and bitter w/ a bit of nuttiness in the finish. The beer is pretty boozy and gives off a fruity, prune like flavor. It might be a bit much. The maple and coffee come through great, though the chocolate and barrel flavor are a bit blurred.
