Wish I'd have kept more of these. Aged really well. Very mellow, still has all the flavors of vanilla, maple, dark chocolate & coffee.

Six years later, this beer is perfect. It was way too sweet at first, but it’s really become what it was meant to be.

Five before, five now. Smoke, balance, sweet, booze, raisins, smooth, coffee, wood, memories. Ugh, I can’t be seed typing anymore. I’m going to sit and enjoy this beer, it’s been waiting six years, it’s worth. Y full attention.

Samuel died December 19, 2017. I drank this same beer that night in memory of him. I’ve had it every year on the anniversary of his death. This time, Seth at Uptown had a keg of 2017 he’d saved. Thank you Seth.

Not a wax sealed bottle, so best to crack this at 6 years old. Been a while since I’ve had this one, so cannot compare how it’s aged. But booze is not strong, it’s very sweet and pairs well with the holiday spirit. Merry Christmas all 🍻 🎄 🧑🎄

Quite possibly the oldest beer I’ve ever had and I have no doubts that it held very well over the years. Still so delicious, my favorite beer all time (tied with maybe a few others)
