A very nice balance of stout and booze. Thick and juicy but not overly boozy tasting. Had a bitter finish

I was excited about this one, and it saddened me. Poured great, looked great, tasted... Not great. Sour finish. Definitely not what I expected. Disappointed.

This batch was incredibly dry and bitter. Not my favorite iteration of this.

When brewing an imperial stout, its important to also be drinking an imperial stout. Brought this one up from the depths for a good day of brewing. Cheers.
