Ons eerste bier samen in 2021! Ruikt naar maple en koffie. Qua smaak is de koffie overheersend. Niet echt bitter, maar ook niet echt zoet. Mooi in balans dus 😁 Ook een beetje boozy en een vleugje Bourbon.

Belated check-in. Surprisingly understated vs. what I expected, but still very good. More oak than bourbon, and you get cocoa and maple, but I wouldn't describe it as rich or fudgy.

Lovely little brew. Like a solid stout that’s been laden with sweet shop tasty treats from a fresh fudge like family. Coffee is faint, but a medium roast. Can barely taste the barrel. Fudge plays the prominent lead here

Smell is delicious.Taste is fudge, coffee and some barrel with a decent mouthfeel.One of the better KBS variants I’ve had.Only thing I didn’t like is suddenly noticing in fine print that it’s artificially flavored.I’ll let it slide.

Pitch black with a fluffy mocha head. Chocolate, fudge, vanilla and coffee in the nose. Taste: Chocolate, fudge, maple syrup, coffee and bourbon. Warming, but the bourbon is subtle present. Also a little spiciness in the finish.
