Cellared only 7 months: The sour malty nose still present, but has developed into brownie. Second nose more americano. Less bitter, more fudge, lightly sweet throughout. Moderate bourbon and boozey aftertaste; ends sour, lingering.

Finally got a bit of my Michigan loot from last year since family can visit. Barrel is huge but still the fudge shines. Hints of espresso alongside the maple sweetness trailing at the end. 4.4

Duft af chokolade og vanille; vi er ude i noget fudge-agtigt. Smagen er mindre sød end duften. Eftersmagen er nærmest lidt kaffe.

Creamy, coffee, full, chocolate, bourbon... Expected a lot of maple, but that's actually very subtle... Excellent stuff... When there is KBS, you drink KBS!

Wow, I let this one age for a year and it’s just bursting with fudge! Such good chocolate flavor, maple is mild now but done so damn well. Can’t wait to see what the last one does aging for a little while.

A little vintage action. First time I've had it on draft. Huge fudge nose. Truly epic. This is the best Founders beer I've ever had, bar none. Rich, fudgy, deep, balanced, perfectly palate. Would give it a 6 I'd I could. Wow.

Does taste fudgey, but a coffee like fudge. Maple is dialed in perfectly, not overpowering

Nose is all maple with late arriving fudge. Fudge coats your pallet on the initial taste. Late arriving licorice and some small fig in the finish. This is beautiful.
