Strong coffee, a little maple sweetness and almost no barrel/booze

Yep, it's a KBS (which is good but I've never been super jazzed about), and there's some maple. Not very fudgy though...

Roasty and chocolatey but not so much on the maple. Boozy for sure. Figured I would start late afternoon to drink and enjoy this slowly before another early morning shift.

Excellent. Smell like fudge & tastes alot like fudge. That said, it is sweet, very sweet, sweet like it reminds me of Hershey's chocolate syrup (smell and taste). This is more of a desert beer than anything else. Worth trying 100%. Will I buy it again, no

Straight maple fudge on the nose. Palate is good; predominantly sweet with notes of baker’s chocolate, toffee brittle, and a boozy warmth throughout. Pretty balanced, but could use some more body.

Rich, thick pour w/deep brown head. Tastes of chocolatey sweet fudge foremost. Coffee complements in the best possible way, adding some acid & bitterness. Maple is lighter, like an afterthought. Boozy oak & bourbon notes are balanced & it all works well!!

This is smooth and delicious. No hint of being 11%. I’m thankful for that. I’m also thankful for: the sunshine today, my kiddos who helped cook, a nice run, the wings and mac & chz we are about to eat, and the cutie here with me.

Decent and very fudegy but with a lot of KBSs these days it would be nice to have at least a little barrel character coming through. Nice drink. Last night.

Better than the last few iterations of KBS a bit too much coffee to call it balanced but not too shabby.
