Interesting to see how it’s aged. The booze has become less aggressive and the oak is standing out more. Notes of Vanilla and brown sugar with a nice smooth Mix of about and Dates.

Солод с лайтовой бочкой. Мягкий. С бутылки понасыщеннее, но в отсутствие нормального завоза стекла - и то спасибо.

Deep copper color and Smokey nose gives smooth sweet peaty vanilla whiskey with buttery caramel toffee flavors.

Brunn/röd med ljusbrunt skum. Doftar och smakar bourbonfat. Vanilj, russin och smörkola. Fyllig med bra beska och sötma. Riktigt bra som vanligt från founders när det fatlagring!

Mycket rostad och fyllig. Rejäl kick av choklad och kaffe. En touch bourbon utan att vara för spritig. Väldigt väldigt bra. Håller samma klass som CBS, fast mörk ale.

Деревяшка,солод, чуть дымка и всепоглощающий бурбон! Сладости практически не осталось , только немного сливочно-шоколадные нотки смягчают вкус.

Better fresh. Flavors mellowed out too much over 18 mos. Still good, just not as good.

Nice surprise hiding in the back of fridge! This one was bottled on 21 October 2019. Heavy, boozy, dark stone fruits, caramel - chocolate deliciousness in my glass! Will have to grab another drink later for New Brew Thursday.
