Aged AC additional 3 years in the bottle and holy s is that good. So smooth but retains the chocolate and whiskey barrel character. I can't describe the smooth.

2021. Great as always perfectly balanced, strong coffee with chocolate notes. Bourbon becomes more noticeable the longer it sits

Yes my friends, it's that time of year. Smooth, creamy, slightly bitter dark chocolate. Roasty coffee beans, not much barrel sweetness.

coffee nose on the pour..bourbon popped once settled..coffee roared back as it warmed..lots of bitter dark chocolate & coffee flavors

Smooth barrel, balanced coffee and chocolate. Doesn’t taste or feel like a 12% ABV at all. I like the variants better, but like its 2020 vintage, this is a solid entry

As dark as you'd think this beer would be, it's thin. Boozy, but thin. Delicious AF. Jesus would split his head wishing he turned that wine into this beer.

DTBB decided to go on a bar crawl in the Back Mountain, which means he’s gonna go to like three bars and then go home and yell into a bag of pierogies. Strong yet subtle notes of bourbon and coffee, and absolute excellence of course, GODDAMNIT!
