Очень мягкий аромат. Ваниль, немного шоколада и кофе, немного винных нот, бурбон и бочка на месте. Плотность не большая. Умеренная сладость, бочка, согревающе. Хорошо.

6 yr vertical. Interesting. At room temp, this one tastes more mature than a 1 yr old. More bourbon notes, fig, baking spice, coffee, and baking chocolate.

Another cellar pull. It’s not quite as good as the 2020, but it also has a year less on the aging. The coffee is less pronounced for sure. Still very solid and always worth the grab when you see it. Can’t wait to try the 2022 I just picked up.

A superb imperial stout, lashings of coffee and chocolate malt, nice rounded barrel ageing in bourbon adding a charred oaky flavour. They can make some fine beers in the US.
