Pours deep dark brown, almost black with white lacing. Nose is maple syrup coffee, like there’s a creamer present. Very complex,3-tiered experience, starting with sweet maple. Move to roasted brown coffee, then finish with smooth hazelnut. Superb brew.

I get the sweetness of the maple with coffee, then coconut, then maple finish. Delicious but heavy.

Very nice beer here, thanks Aric! Smooth maple bourbon

Maple front and center, easing into the nutty coffee flavor of the original. Sweet and heavy, it’s a sipper. Cheers Caleal & Greg M.

I expected this to be too sweet. It is not. It’s delightful.

Sweet. Outstanding brown. Looks like a thin maple syrup.

Sweet and creamy, maple forward on the first sip. Roast and nuttiness tamp that down as you drink it.

R. If you’re a hazelnut fan, and I am, you’ll love this. It’s maple syrup poured into a hazelnut coffee.

A bit sweeter and thinner than I expected, but delicious.

Forgot to check in other day. Pleasantly surprised that the barrel aging seemingly took care of nasty artificial hazelnut flavor with original frangelic I had on draft when first came out. Smooth, sweet hazelnut coffee and roasted oaky malts.

Good beer with nice maple flavor. Can't tell it is Frangelic, which is one of my favorites, but still good on its own.

Chocolate and maple. The maple is killer not too overpowering. Impressive wish I could get this in a bottle.

Starts with notes of hazelnuts, followed by a slight hint of coffee. Finishes with notes of maple and bourbon.
