Always good. Tasting a 3 year old on tap is great. Great sweet maple flavor with coffee in the back.

J'étais convaincu qu'il ne m'en restait plus! Belle surprise, même si elle a vu de meilleurs jours. À son mieux dans la première année. Un crime contre l'humanité, cette décision de ne plus faire cette bière.

Mellowed really nicely. This really came out well. Maple Chocolate emerged and the booze is almost completely gone.

Huge chocolate, subtle smooth barrel and maple sweeet finish. Body is solid too.

Dark roast coffee color; opaque. Sweet chocolatey nose. Thicc body. Delicious molasses flavor with hints of bourbon and oak. Slight hop on the finish.

This has developed beautifully. The maple syrup is present but not overpowering, the bourbon gives it depth and the chocolate reminds of melted dark chocolate goodness.

Aging really well with a way better barrel/maple balance than it had fresh. There's still some nice maple, particularly late, and also a bit of dark chocolate. Any coffee has faded, but it still has a solid body with a creamy finish
