Solid, slightly sweet BA porter. Would drink again. And again. And maybe one more time.

A slightly barrel aged porter that is sweet. Good and dark. ALmost like not your father's rootbeer but not as sweet. Taste ends with barrel aged flavor. Can't detect the maple or vanilla alone as just enough is used to make it sweet

Nose: milk chocolate, a little soy and dark roast, and whiskey.. Palate less sweet thank the nose promises, but we'll balanced with an ashy roasty finish.

It works 60% of the time...all the time.

I really like the Bourbon Aging as it gives this porter great mouthfeel. All layers are present.

Rich creamy drinkable all the flavors are mellow wish one of them jumped out a bit more

C'est bon, c'est gourmand, mais ça manque de retour en bouche et d'alcool pour une Bourbon BA.

Lots of vanilla and maple here. Pretty sweet, not quite to the point of dessert beer but it’s close. Fairly thick and malty as well but smooth. Not bad. Couldn’t drink two in a row though. Maybe tone down the maple syrup a bit too.

It has bits of real panther, so you know it’s good. It could be a 4.25 if it had a tad more bourbon flavor.

Never had the original so can't compare. But not too shabby

Love it. Well balanced. Would like to rate it a bit higher but we’ll see how the second one tastes.

A dark brown pour that yields a creamy tan foam cap. Smells like vanilla extract with some burnt brown sugar. The taste is quite sweet with vanilla front and center. A hint of bourbon, brown sugar followed by an oakey finish. Pretty darn smooth for 9.2%.

Nice Barrel aged Porter with vanilla and maple syrup and aged on Bourbon barrels. Starts chocolatey with a sweet vanilla taste and slightly bitter but Maple finish. The pride of Grand Rapids Michigan. Big 9.2% ABV to get your Panther going

Not bad, but it’s hard to beat a straight up Founders porter. Happy Friday.
