Not sure why I keep trying this, as I never seem to get into it. Caramel, toffee, and leafy green wet hop with residual bitterness.

Wow you really get the whisky, strong boozy taste and you get some of the bourbon from the barrel ageing

Thinner than I remember. Roasty caramel and alcohol in the finish the same. Boozy good.

Pours dark & rich with minimal but sustained head. Taste is exceptional - a definite but polite level of smoke sweet boubonesque richness. A slight but agreeable level of alcohol taste mixed in... since it is an ABV of 11%. Excellent, but try to pace it
