Smells of bourbon and coffee. Taste is coffee and chocolate. Finishes on the thinner side with boozy bourbon and oak. Think it’s falling off now.

Tony Dungy approved! Holding up well, bourbon has integrated well. Getting some vanilla, chocolate and coffee, when I bought these back in 2017 hard to find, now these are everywhere. Solid beer.

2017 was another step softer with the vertical tasting. Still plenty of coffee and chocolate, not much booze.

Started at 11.8. Wonder what its sitting at almost 4 years after the bottling date. Thanks to my brother in law for bringing it down over the holidays.

Another special impeachment celebration brew: finally the booze has subsided and we’ve got KBS in all it’s glory. My worries about losing the coffee were unfounded as this still has plenty of morning joe and chocolate. Barrel nose and lactose. Fantastic.

Minimal barrel presence, but the levels of milk chocolate with caramel notes underneath are tasty af. Some smokiness coming thru on the finish. Very nice.

Friday bourbon beer. Good bourbon flavor, and still an easy drinker. Good stuff.

My “excellent bottle to share when celebrating a bed move” beer. 3 years aged and it hasn’t lost a thing. Very good as a “leftover”.

The extra year paid off big times. Has a nice fruit (date) factor in there.

Aged 4 years and it's delicious. Still has all the coffee, chocolate, and bourbon flavor without the burn. Debated opening this on a random Tuesday, glad I did. 😁🇺🇲🍻

Drink yo cellar. Held up well. Not supposed to buy more or check in but oh well - for the record. Only a 2018 and 2019 left. No vertical but this is still nice and complex. Still smells a little boozy but coffee vanilla flavor

After 3 years of aging, slightly boozier than 2018, and chocolate dominates the coffee.
