Lost some flavor over the years. Coffee flavor not as strong. Barrel kind of faded.

5 years on, quite mellow. Smooth easy drinking, no harsh alcohol bite. Lots of chocolate. This IPA-head approves. Thanks Eric!

Still a lot of coffee, didn't go bad at all. Stout Wars 2022.

Still holds on to the barrel aged flavor. The chocolate is faint and the coffee is mild. Overall, I think it's less bold than when it is fresh. Definitely drinkable though for going on 5 years. Thanks Adam!

Woody coffee with a sort of flat bourbon flavor. Still a good balance, but this might be losing its oomph after close to 6 years.

Lots of chocolate taste. Oak, tobacco, tannins. Sweet but also boozy.

2/23/17 bottle. Better than the 16. Last nights Elimination Chamber was fun.

Almost 6 year old bottle still good. Strong chocolate and coffee and warm when it hits the belly.

De keuze van Jasper was een stuk beter. Goed in bourbon met een heel lichte veroudering, maar absoluut niet portig. Koffie en bittere chocolade.
