Bourbon thinned out. Bitter chocolate resin. Hint of watered down coffee grounds. About as long as I’d stretch this beer

Impressed how this evolved in 3 years. Aroma is fruity now. Still a little hot with nuances of chocolate mousse and Tiramisu. Such a treat Ricky! THANKS!!

Coffee up front in this pitch black, brown foamed beautiful strong yet somewhat sweet and dessert styled stout with a good boozy feeling without getting overpowering.

A bit more barrel, another uptick, but not sensational. Founders should learn from BCBS barrel aging.

Chocolate has fallen slightly, almost seems cocoa-ey now, still nice and boozy, coffee still finishes nice. Probably not smart to let it go another year

Had this still from pre-drama. Was bad when it came out, still bad now. Plus minus points for other factors.

A great, highly acclaimed, 11.8% BBA Stout. Attention Doug R. and jim p. , the challenge package we discussed (over a sour) at the western compound is on the way. Here on the compound a raid of the aging cellar has given way to this great beer. Stay safe

Very nice but I do believe that it's fading. Sweet bourbon and coffee are dialled down. Also showing some thinning

Let ristet duft. Ristet med lidt fad noter som dog ikke overvælder. God fylde og smag. Hvis man vil det sødere så skal man gå efter en CBS.

This one started to die. Heavily carbonated started to get that soy sauce flavor.
