I found this in the back of my beer cellar. From back before it became a year round beer. Almost 8 years old now. Strong espresso with a hint of bourbon. It's still a good stout, but nothing special anymore.

Why not a coffee stout vertical at 9pm? 😑 This one is super tasty though. The coffee is pretty subdued but the bourbon really jumps out at you with a chocolatey roastiness. Served too cold but it blooms nicely after warming up a bit.

Yes, Early arriving at Brussels overnights nowadays, perfect for some beers at Brussels. KBS 2017 on the draft. Superfriendly bartender pooring me a full teku glass. Of course served too cold🙃 when @ temperature, heavy roasted coffee notes, firm bitter😊

6 jaar oud maar een toppertje van de tap. Net te koud geschonken maar langzaam opwarmen en de gebrande mouten en vooral de vatrijping begint te werken. Boozy en bitter op t einde met koffie en chocoladetoetsen
