Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter

Brown Ale - American

They don't make 'em like they used to... or do they? The bottle shop series is a tribute to the folks who supported ragtag brewer's across the country when craft beer was in its infancy. when beer enthusiasts sought out innovation through big flavor, in your face complexity and revered quality above all else. This series is for you: the distinguished beer connoisseur still seeking the revolution that energized the industry we know today -- that settles for nothing less then the very best!

It was ok. It sounded good, tasted just like it said….just don’t care for it. But flavor is spot on

I think they nailed this beer. It’s got all the characteristics of a traditional bourbon cocktail, orange zest, cherry, oak, vanilla and bourbon. This is definitely a great sipping beer.

It's an interesting concept and every element really does come through. But it doesn't do it for me

WOW ! Sweet cherry and other fruit aroma with a moderate bourbon taste influence that warms the tummy.

Tats yes like an old fashioned. Starts with the notes of bourbon, followed by the fruitiness of cherries and finishes with a slight bitterness..

A bit different than I was expecting but as the label states this one is a sipper.

Very fruity nose and taste. Lots of orange and spice. I don’t really like this but usually love Founder’s beers.
