Bourbon, caramel, curacao, orange peel and spices. More cocktail than beer imo. A little too sweet.

Bottled 7/7/21. Thicker body, darker, slightly aromatic, strong, but ABV well hidden, a bit roasty, kinda' clean, very smooth, malty, a little bitter, chocolate & vanilla notes, a little fruity/cherry? Brown sugar sweetness, barrel-aged/bourbon/oakiness.

Taste like someone poured a highball in my brown ale. Really good unique flavor.

Not bad, but this has zero barrel presence at all. Good flavor but this is a One and done for me on this beer.

Imperial Brown Ale aged in bourbon barrels. Very little bourbon barrel is present. Slightly sweet with some dried fruit.

Not sure how I deal about it, love the Aromatics and the orange zest. But has a bit of a bitter finish.

Very fruity but not too sickly. Be a great beer to have with Thanksgiving Turkey as it has some lovely cherry and citrus notes that remind me of cranberry orange sauce.

Heavy on the fruit with a little alcohol burn. Not much else going on for me.

Bourbon barrel with lemon and honey, weirdly strong but interestingly sweet. Dunno if I like it but its different 😍🍻🥃

Brown plus bourbon aging brings out notes of a barleywine due to the dark fruit notes. Complex. Would not have said Founders made this. Unique.

Struggling with rating this one. Trying to wrap my head around the flavor profile. I will have it again and see if my thoughts change on the taste.

Still pretty good not my favorite I do like the complex flavors and the citrus and cherry is definitely upfront
