Gekruid, vol en romig met zoete vanille veel aroma's hout , kruidnagel, alcoholisch, gedroogd fruit, lange gebrand caramel in de nasmaak met gekruide toetsen.

Barrel aged, malty, cherries, a bit of orange at the end. Modeled after an old fashioned, I gather. Creative.

スコッチエールかと思っていたがブラウンエールなのね。パンケーキにザラメ糖な甘さ。何か縁日の屋台で売ってるスイーツにこんなのありそうだ。バーボン樽熟成だが、チェリーとオレンジピールが入っていることによってシェリー樽な感じも出ている。 どうやらこの一杯が今年の〆になりそう。毎年同じ事書いてますが、Untappedの友だちの皆さん来年も酔いお年を。See you next year, next beer. Untapped Friends.

Unfortunately I've never had a highball to compare. But a nice Bourbon ale. It's presence is clear and upfront, but not so strong to be off-putting. Maybe a bit woody. Thanks Michelle P.! Happy New Year everyone!!! Here's to a better 2022!

Big orange marmalade vibes. Massive nose of orange peel. Bit of a barley sugar boiled sweets thing going on.
