Not always a fan of the harshness of a barrel-aged flavor but this is smooth and very good.

Met deze smaak verwacht je de volmondigheid van een chocolade stout. Vandaar dat ik hem ondanks de heerlijke smaak het wat waterig vind, ik ben gewoon geconditioneerd.

God wat een genot is dit! Vol, zoet, chocolade, koffie, wat melkachtigs en bourbon. Bijzonder dat smaken zijn die je verwacht bij een dikke stout, terwijl deze Brown ale veel lichter is

A little harsh (young) still. But I do like that. Lot of bourbon, nice nutty undertones

Founders Barrel-aged stash night continues!! Sweet chocolate and vanilla with a slight bourbon finish. Bottled in July 2021 and holding up well. Like it more than the KBS I just had.

Bright deep mahogany. Coffee, vanilla and chocolate aroma. Thick body, boozy, bourbon and vanilla, sweetish. Coffee. Lacks a little in beer depth.

Grainy coffee and sweet milky coffee with a warming bourbon finish. Could do with a touch more bitterness for balance.
