Del año 2022. Buena carbonatación, frutal, cereza, dulce, maple, barrica, ligera, baja bien, aromática, alcohólica, aunque se disimula bastante bien con el dulzor. Una cerveza engañosa, para tomarla a sorbos y disfrutarla.

Don’t mind the filthy glass. Can’t believe I’ve been turning my nose up at this one for years. Very pleased with it. Sweet, fruity, lightly tart, and a subtle hint of bourbon. Very very nice. Nearly a year old.

Già al naso è bella dolciotta e aromatica. Poi per tutta la bevuta viene fuori bene la botte, la ciliegia, il bourbon, il miele, la vaniglia. È mooolto ruffiana. Forse troppo sul dolce ma molto buona.

Que cerveza más curiosa. En boca tiene la madera y dulzor del jarabe de arce, en el regusto, un sabor a cereza, afrutado, largo y dulce. Muy, muy rica

I get all the advertised flavors here starting with the tart cherry, sweet vanilla-maple & bourbon booziness. Medium body at most. Finishes with a bit of dryness but it brings a nice finely carbonated feel. I get the woodsy idea as well. Complex & tasty!

Think it was a little too heavy on the cherry and had a slight flavor of cough syrup in my mind. Could have been worse.

It is exactly what it claims to be. A bit tart, but it's got a nice depth.
