Had to get a nice barrel stout in tonight. Thankfully, my sniffer is coming back. Def smelling the vanilla and cinnamon in this one. Lots of cocoa too. Will save last one until sniffer back to 100% and maybe a virtual tasting with a friend or 2.

This is the first KBS beer I have had in probably 4 years… It is pretty incredible. Lives up to the hype, amazing flavor, the vanilla and cinnamon are super subtle but noticeable at the end.

Smells like desert. Cinnamon is most pronounced. Also, bittersweet chocolate. Thinner than expected, but tasty.

Maybe a little cinnamon heavy, but otherwise a very nice blend of the adjuncts.

Tasty and not as sweet as anticipated as regular KBS is a bit too sweet for me Really tasty.

Nice cinna coffee nose. Coffee on front with nilla throughout and cinna on back. Barrel is on the lower end, and overall a little thin. Thanks Michael E.!

Roasty, Smooth, and velvety… boozy bite then a long Creamy vanilla finish. Really good paring actually. I was skeptical about the vanilla but it pairs well. One of my fav KBS.

No change here the second time. Heavy cinnamon up front, quite bitter on the back end.
