Was enjoyable…but not their best, and I love cinnamon too. I’m thinking this would be better aged.

Dry spicy cinnamon on the front. Other than that pretty much KBS. Waiting for a little warm up. 🍻👊🏾🤑

Smooth, chocolately w vanilla notes, some cinnamon on finish. Pairs well with organic dark chocolate.

Light cocoa flavor followed by a strong roasted (almost burnt) malt flavor. Not the flavor mix I was anticipating.

I don’t rate much anymore, but this is another fantastic variant, and maybe tied with Mackinac Island Fudge. Classic coffee notes, with nice cinnamon flavors. The vanilla and bourbon is light, and on the finish.

I’m not wild about this one. It’s a bitter, dark stout, but doesn’t come across as balanced enough to be that great. The cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa flavors are all there, but they’re overpowered by the more bitter notes, and nothing else can stand out.

Solid variant of KBS! I get the flavors in this order: coffee, cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla on the finish! I can smell a faint hint of bourbon but cannot taste it.

A bit disappointing for a new KBS. Still has something special about it. I think the cinnamon comes off too bitter and it doesn’t add much flavor to the stout. Still tasty.

Ok, but the coffee and cocoa are strong. The fudge version is more to my liking, but we'll see how this one ages.

Cinnamon barely gets time to register before bitter burnt flavors overwhelm everything. This is not a good beer.
