New entry but.... adding cinnamon to a classic does not necessarily make it better... and whose idea was it to add vanilla?

Not my favorite KBS variety. This is the kind of beer I leave in the fridge for Will to finish when he comes over.

The first sip was good. And then it wasn’t. It tasted like raisins. Like full on raisin and nothing else. Couldn’t get past it. Most KBS variants have been decent but this and espresso have been hard fails.

Was a little disappointed with this one. Had a huge dry note to it! But the dark bitter chocolate is good.

I’m not wild about this one. It’s a bitter, dark stout, but doesn’t come across as balanced enough to be that great. The cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa flavors are all there, but they’re overpowered by the more bitter notes, and nothing else can stand out.

Good beer, just not liking the overwhelming nature of the cinnamon. But others don’t have the same taste buds, so it’s all good.

KBS variants are usually pretty solid, but this one is a miss. I suppose it's the curse of high expectations for Founders... I taste sweetened coffee and pretty much nothing else, no cinnamon, no vanilla.

Not my favorite. It could have stayed in the barrel longer. Not sweet enough.

Strong alcohol up front. Great vanilla finish mostly with notes of cocoa.

Meh.. I mean, it's a good BA beer. The cocoa is there, cinnamon is faint and I'm not getting much vanilla. Bummer.

Meh…all the flavors kinda muddle. Mostly roast coffee and dark chocolate, with powdered tastes of cinnamon. Not great

Not a huge cinnamon fan and there was way too much in this one maybe if they used vanilla beans instead of extract it might of balanced better seems thin also
