This is the 2021 release. Up front in the first sip is the espresso. Chocolate and bourbon follow right behind. This is a bourbon barrel aged beauty coming in at 12% abv. It will warm you up when it's cold outside

Beauty version. Brew date 08-18-21. Solid body with nice bourbon notes coming through. Coffee not overpowering which I like.

This is going to sound strange coming from the coffee addict, but a tad too much coffee. I wonder if it was different 2 years ago when it was fresh? More well balanced?

That barrel aged oakiness is just as strong as ever, however I feel like it has become more dry and the coffee notes have faded since I last tried it; and they have been replaced with a more prevalent, dark, bitter-sweet chocolate taste.

Very nice coffee-chocolatey note on the nose. Goes down easy and is creamy on the follow through. The barrel age adds some complexity to it. Finish is nice and long. I like!

2023/7/1。 名前の通りしっかりとしたコーヒーの風味、濃いカラメルのようなアロマにロースト香が被さる。濃厚なホットチョコレートを飲んでいるような口当たりと味わい、鼻を抜ける香りがエスプレッソ。美味しい。
