Blushing Monk (2020)

Fruit Beer

When our love of fruit and our love of beer come together, Blushing Monk happens. Brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries for tart yet luscious raspberry-jam character and fermented with Belgian yeast for subtle fruit and spice esters. Think of Blushing Monk as Rubaeus’ older sibling – more intense, slightly larger and just a little bit more mature.

Sweet tart bomb. Good change of pace beers but then again it’s high ABV

I’ve never liked raspberries, but I’ve always loved this beer to death. This year was fantastic.

It sounded good. But I think I just missed the padre and am settling for the monk.

Fresh raspberry with a bit of raspberry seed bitterness. Lightly tart.

Yes it's back! Belgian flavors balanced nicely with rasberry. Another excellent brew from founders.
