I was worried this was going to be just as sweet as the fudge version of KBS. But it's not! It is more sweet & chocolate/vanilla than reg KBS w/ a hint of cinnamon. But not excessively sweet. But the bourbon & coffee is weaker.

Can't believe I have never had this one. Really good. Tons of chocolate and vanilla. A little too much cinnamon.

A beautiful beer. The cinnamon is a tad bit heavy, but otherwise all the flavors play nicely.

Spicy but not aromatic...hopeing for more seasonal flare. But let it breathe and the truly delicious body comes out!

Cinnamon up front but not over the top with some bitter cocoa that balances out the sweetness well. BOD 9/3/21

The flavor kept changing as it warmed. First few sips were heavy on the cocoa. Mid-beer was dominated by cinnamon. The end was a mix of cinnamon and vanilla.

Bottled 20210903. Nice combination of cinnamon and cocoa, vanilla is mostly background.

Well balanced beer. A good amount of vanilla and cinnamon is prevalent. Finish tapers off a bit.
