Cheat day on the sober month for the wife and I...picked this up then it was rolling around in my trunk and one of the caps came loose and was fizzing. I think it was a sign! Made it ten days...oh well 🤣. A non fake tasting hazelnut brew. Very nice

Hides it’s booze amazingly well. Rich coffee aroma, nutty flavor.

Nice hazelnut flavor, not overpowering. Otherwise taste like the classic KBS. Strong coffee...which I'm kind of burned-out on personally, still loving the chocolate and bourbon in it though.

Decent. Used to think KBS was the gold standard. These days it seems to have more of a stale coffee taste. 🤷🏻‍♂️

When cold the hazelnut overwhelms. Once it warms the base KBS appears.

Good, but I’ve have multiple shelfie hazelnut stouts that top it. Barrel is the weakest of recent KBS memory. Coffee is still the centerpiece.

It’s fine. On par with espresso. Give me Mackinac again or do a vanilla or double barrel version or something.

Very strong peanut flavor. I know, it supposed to be hazelnut. Sorry, tastes like a peanut butter daiquiri.

Nutty hazelnut on the nose and flavor. Kinda overpowers all the other flavors of KBS. As it warms, flavors get much more balanced. Though the hazelnut flavor dies out and it becomes normal KBS at the end of the drink. Drink this boi warmer.

For dessert but maybe I should've left more room. Or I don't like hazelnut as much as I thought. Coffee comes out even more

This is really good. The coffee and hazelnut work very well together. Who da thunk it? Def one of the best variants they’ve put out.

It’s fine, but I’m not a huge fan of hazelnut. I think it worked better in that Frangelic Mtn. I wish Founders would’ve done a vanilla bean or coconut KBS, not just another change up of the coffee. Kinda unimaginative, tho I loved Maple Mackinack.

Founders used to be the host of BA brews. But this one was just meh. I mean, not bad, but not good for them.
