I'm almost tempted to go to a 4.5, but that's being overly kind since it's KBS. But it's also not billed as a pastry stout, so the thinness is expected. Just tasty hazelnut in a very drinkable stout. Very pleased.

This is bonkers and I refuse to believe I’ve missed this beer. Heavy coffee, and I’m not a coffee guy, but the hazelnut is too good to ignore via review. ANTICIPATE MORE IF YOU ❤️ COFFEE.

Big dark strong boozy imperial stout with coffee hazelnut and caocao taste and aroma. Solid smooth easy sipping brew with nice bourbon finish

Another brewer of proven capacity to produce quality dark beer, KBS's Hazelnut Imperial Stout is very bold. It attacks the nose and pallet immediately and persistently. The nutty flavor bore through the barrel aging, but in a balanced way. Impressive!

Excellent brew. The hazelnut is in the background with the usual coffee and chocolate notes. The bourbon barrel aging really comes forward.

Delicious! Chocolate/hazelnut, smooth and a little boozy. Bites at the end like a coffee stout.

Pretty good. Lots of hazelnut with coffee and chocolate. Probably the best of the flavored KBS's.
