You just can't go wrong with KBS. Still plenty of dark notes with the definite presence of hazelnut. Not sweet at all more of a bitter chocolate vibe. Very good.

Boozy. Nose is hazelnut. Has a decent bitterness to it. Not as good as I remember it. Perhaps a bad batch? I won’t rate it because of that. Finishes dry.

Hazelnut fills the air. Well balanced i think. The Bourbon barrel aging pulls it all together nicely.

Lots of hazelnut flavor on top of the coffee and chocolate of the stout. Not sweet.

This gets the flavor just right. Doesn't come in like a bulldozer the way the Maple Fudge version does

You must like hazelnuts to like this beer (which I do). It’s like eating hazelnuts and then taking a sip of KBS on nitro.
