God men må sige at jeg foretrækker den originale KBS. Hasselnødder dominerer lidt for meget og giver noget bitterhed, som jeg ikke er så stor fan af. Men altså stadig en lækker øl med en fin kaffesmag og tilpas sødme.

Nice dark coloured one with the obvious tones of chocolate and coffee and as it's name says: hazelnut. Bit boozy because of barrel agedness. Hazelnut prevails in taste. Creamy mouthfeel.

Coffee and hazelnut come through slightly lacking in the polish.

Aroma makes me think of peanut butter. More hazelnut when cold, less so after warming. Not getting any bourbon barrel aroma. Doesn’t taste as good as it smells. Tastes has roast and dark chocolate. Not very sweet but good sweet bitter balance.
