As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the cherry flavor coming out of it. It is very smooth and sweet. A very well blended beer.

Bottle in 2021. Not loving this. Didn’t age well. Maple syrup is gone. Smell is kind of gross.

The first thing I am hit with it the tart cherries when I bring the beer up to my face. Kinda like vomit but that is very unfair. The taste is a complex mix of tart, sweet maple, and a touch of vanilla. There is the burbon base to add as well. Delightful

Tastes like a hint of sour berry with a malty backbone and infused with a boozy essence. Lightly sweet and highly drinkable. Delightful!

Cherry, vanilla & maple on the nose. Taste mirrors the aroma exactly! Subtle oak barrel. No bitterness whatsoever. Maple surprisingly pairs well with vanilla & cherries. 🍒
