I’ve had this beer 100’s of times over many years. It is my “go-to”. Beer I have to give it a five because it’s honestly a perfect beer.

Smoother than the aged versions, Carmel pushes out with a chocolate plum finish. This is great! I wouldn’t age this one.

A Scottish Ale/wee heavy and at 11% abv a real powerhouse. Aged in bourbon barrels. Malty with notes of bourbon carmel and roasted malt.

Incredible wee heavy ale. Prominent smoked peat moss, caramel notes. Malty, sweet.

An absolutely wonderful “stout “ that was bourbon barrel aged but has a strong chocolate milkshake flavour. Very smooth despite a high ABV of 11%.

Held onto it for a year. It’s like carbonated bourbon.

Warm Clear dark amber light caramel head malt aroma medium body. Malty caramel with the barrel right away(good thing). Slight dark fruit raisin before just a light bite at the end. Nice base with barrel just adding to it no adjuncts.
