The orange and cherry really come through, with some real nice barrel to round it off.

Lots of orange yet smooth... maybe by the cherry or bourbon barrel aging. Founders just doesn't miss.

Pretty spot on. Really like the orange peel. Some solid bourbon and cherry.

Tasty BBA brown ale! Nice warming cherries, orange peel and bourbon! It’s sweet but it finishes dry!

Bottleshop series version was better. They didn’t need the orange extract. Still good though.

Red-amber and clear. Definite liquor, with underlying citrus notes. Dry finish.

This was good from cold to warm. I am not big on sweet beers, but this was not too sweet for me at all.

Unfortunately the overpowering Triple Sec flavor takes away from a really good Imperial Brown Ale.

Back in business. This is what Founders does best - high ABV barrel-aged concoctions/experiments that work. Sweet, with bitter orange and cherry to balance. Truly bridges the divide between a beer and a cocktail. Outstanding.

Unique flavor. Subtle orange and cherry, but balanced well. Very smooth 🍻

I’ve been looking forward to this one for a few weeks and what do ya know….it tastes a little like a thin old fashioned. Kind of impressed that it’s not too sweet. I get the cherry, orange, and some warmth of a low-proof bourbon.

Five. Dan R. , you need the recipe. Do it. Actually, this beer is in your wheelhouse, slight bourbon/cherries…like a Manhattan

Red ale in color with distict cherry and orange smell and taste. Not overly boozy esp with it's high abv. Unique, not bad, not great, a little odd.

Super delicious and fairly well balanced. Maaaaybeeeee a tad bit on the sweet side (to the point I would have sworn it had vanilla in it).
