Another offering I wouldn’t normally pay for, but another work benefit. 😉 This is decent, not much barrel but I’ll take it.

Smells boozy but not in taste. Tastes great and ultra smooth. Bourbon barrel flavors mix with hint of Octoberfest.

Drunk 6 months after bottling date - aged surprisingly well. Bourbon foundation is still present, with complementary vanilla and maple notes present even rather shortly after being removed from the fridge. Smooth, but strong. Tasty.

Cleaned up the beer fridge. Found 3 of these hiding in the back. Good find. Bourbon barrel are my favorite.

Not a lot of bourbon flavor up front, but more apparent as it warmed slightly. Nice balance of bourbon barrel sweetness and malty richness.

Solid take on an Oktoberfest. Barrel aging definitely comes through, some more flavors as it warms a bit. Day 2 of beer exchange with friends.
