Good cappuccino-like coffee flavor, light maple đ, bourbon is evident, great beer

This is delicious! Everything is subtle, you start with founders already great porter then get the maple syrup first followed by the vanilla with the bourbon barrel in the background the whole time. I feel like this review is my most descriptive yet!

Mixed with blushing monk... Am I doing this right? đ

Love what Founders has done here. So many barrel aged beers are too sweet when itâs not necessary. Theyâve hit the nail on the head.....again.

Delightfully sweet, a bit thin and the barrel aging and vanilla kill the roastiness, but so damn smooth with killer vanilla overtones.

Not your Daddy's root beer vibe. Best Porter I've had in a while

Love the maple syrup sweetness; smooth and sticky, especially as it warms.

Roasty, hint of maple, chocolate as it warms up. Like a roastier CBS

Vanilla, chocolate, sweetness, roasted malt, subtle hops bitter finish. Incredibly light for barreled brew. Goes down way too easy. Great porter. Another barrel series winner.

Tonight movie is âThe Longest Yardâ. Not as good as the original and this beer is not as good as CBS. I hope they bring it back.

Porter through and through. Fantastic! Sweetens as it warms, maple comes out more. Robust

Malty, mildly Roasty, subtle sweetness and booziness on the nose. Thinner than a stout but has a smooth mouthfeel. Bittersweet chocolate on the tail end.
