Coffee with fudge! Could use more of a maple syrup taste mostly chocolate and coffee.

Solid stout. As advertised, it's a big, black, barrel aged stout with mild maple notes and a nice chocolate fudge note on top. Decadent, but not stick sweet. Good beer!

Wonderful aroma and flavor. Tastes like a dark chocolate fudge brownie in a cup of espresso.

Bottled 08/09/22. A fudge bomb with dark roast coffee and a little ash in the finish. No barrel or maple to speak of. Still enjoyable but I'm bringing my rating down .50.

Maple fudge as described. No sticky artificial sugars. Meaty. Roast. Nice. Dry.

Chocolate fudge/coffee/slight oak. Don’t get the maple as prescribed. Smooth at 11%. Lighter mouthfeel than expected. Let it warm. Balanced without being overly boozy with nuanced barrel. Nice finish that lasts. By far my fav of the stout variants. Cheers

Not just fudge and coffee, but fudge coffee! So combined with the barrel, the coffee doesn’t come through as much as I prefer. But very good. Had 3/31/23.

Chocolate, slightly bitter, slightly sweet. Not as good as the 2020 version. Still above average.
