Remember that last bit of bad coffee from yesterday at the crappy workplace you quit in 1992? They kept it for this beer. In the original pot. This is bad. Sadly, the Mackinac Fudge tries valiantly to redeem the situation... too little too late.

I haven’t busted this glass out in forever but I felt like I had to buy a 4-pack of this since I used to chase KBS and Bo’s they sell it at BJs lol - seems more maple-y than the 2020 vintage I had

Pours like dirty motor oil with almost zero head. Chocolate fudge, coffee, roasted malt and bourbon/oak. I still don’t get maple.

Lots of dry fudge. Good bourbon. Bit of scorched malt that could be the maple scorched. This is just interesting. Not great, but this is something decent. Needs some help with the cocoa and maple

Serious craving for a coffee stout tonight, this nailed it. Fantastic aroma. Deep roast of the coffee melds so well with the maple sweetness.
