Fudge, maple, cocoa, coffee. All the sweetness is gone. Much more subtle and balanced.

Cellar cold it’s a bit disappointing; thin, mainly dark bitter chocolate & coffee; basically no maple, fudge or BBA. Warming up those flavors develops gradually to a balanced enjoyability. This beer needs patience if below room temperature.

Aged a year. Smooth fudge with hints of coffee. Alcoholy finish doesn’t hurt it at all. Happy day after solstice day.

Fudge, coffee, maple syrup, and bourbon barrel aging. Very good. The maple syrup really gives it the right sweet balance. Very nice.

Did well with some cold aging. Better than a year ago anyway! More importantly LFG!!!!!!

1.5 years of aging and of course its still delicious. Dark chocolatey body, notes of vanilla make this perfect dessert beer

My first time having this on draft, and it does not disappoint. Rich and chocolatey with a very smooth finish. Delicious!
